Biography of Mr. Prateek Mohan Sinha

Mr. Prateek Mohan Sinha is one of the members of this association. He has completed his B.A.LL.B and LL.M with specialization in corporate law from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in the year 2012 and 2014. He is registered with Bar Council of Delhi having enrolment no. D2594/2012 and also became a member of Supreme Court Bar Association. With his dynamic and tenacious personality, he has carved a position for himself in the field of law. He specializes in civil case, Property dispute, Contractual disputes, Arbitration, Matrimonial Dispute, Negotiable Instrument Cases, Corporate Dispute, Writs cases and so on. He is a voracious reader and has an unquenchable urge to gather more knowledge in the area of law. He has delivered umpteen lectures as guest faculty in Ideal Institute of Management and technology affiliated to GGSIPU. He has published an article “GENDER INEQUALITY: AN IMPACT ON SOCIETY” in “Ideal Journal of Legal Studies”, Vol. 7 No. 7 August 2016, ISSN 22310983. He has also attended various conferences and seminars, namely: 1. An International Seminar on “Impact of Terrorism: A Legal Insight” organized at IIMT and School of Law, Delhi on 21st January, 2017. 2. An International Seminar on “Relationship Union and the State: A Constitutional Dilemma” organized at IIMT and School of Law, Delhi on 23rd January, 2016. 3. An International Conference on “Rule of Law for supporting the 2030 Development Agenda/ Sustainable Development Goals” organized by National Green Tribunal in 2016.
